RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FROM STORY
CONSTRUCTION CO. OF AMES, IOWA, FOR THE F. Y.
2010 E. SIXTH STREET STORM PUMP STATION
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 716, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $708,800.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Contracts, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance from
Story Construction Co. of Ames, Iowa, in the amount of
$708,800.00, for the F.Y. 2010 E. Sixth Street Storm Pump Station
Improvements, Contract No. 716, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute and
accept said Contracts, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance from
the contractor for the construction of said improvements, said
contract not to be binding on the City until approved by this
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2010.
