RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
GRADING, PAVING, AND UTILITIES SERVING THE SAN
MARNAN BUSINESS PARK ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED BY
THE CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES, INC., SEWAGE
TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR FORM 29 (NOV 00) WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS
SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for grading, paving, and utilities serving the San Marnan Business
Park Addition, as submitted by the Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc., Sewage Treatment
Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) with the Department of Natural Resources, and final
acceptance of construction plans subject to the review and acceptance by the Department of
Natural Resources, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
