RESOLUTION NO. 2023-291
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND
REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $30,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO EDA FIBER OPTIC GRANT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Administrative Services Agreement dated May 1, 2023, between the Iowa Northland
Regional Council of Governments, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$30,000.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo EDA Fiber Optic Grant, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
