RESOLUTION NO. 2023-292
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 7 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON
ENGINEERING COMPANY, OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JULY 30, 2018, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $20,930.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WESTDALE SUBDIVISION SWALE DESIGN, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Addendum No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement with Robinson Engineering
Company, of Independence, Iowa, originally executed July 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed
$20,930.00, in conjunction with the Westdale Subdivision Swale Design, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
