RESOLUTION NO. 2023-293
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A THREE-
YEAR SOFTWARE CONTRACT WITH FIFTH ASSET, INC.,
DBA DEBTBOOK, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEBT
MANAGEMENT, LEASE MANAGEMENT, AND
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of a three-year software contract with Fifth Asset, Inc., DBA DebtBook, for the
purpose of debt management, lease management, and subscription management, is hereby
approved, and the Finance Manager is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
