RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $423,000.00, FOR
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES
ASSOCIATED WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT
PAVEMENT REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY ALPHA
EAST, TAXIWAY ECHO, AND RUNWAY 12/30 AND THE
PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION OF TAXIWAY ALPHA
WEST, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 1, 2023, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$423,000.00, in conjunction with project administration and inspection services associated with
the Waterloo Regional Airport Pavement Rehabilitation of Taxiway Alpha East, Taxiway Echo,
and Runway 12/30 and the Pavement Reconstruction of Taxiway Alpha West, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
