RESOLUTION NO. 2023-263
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 15, 2023, FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE FYE 2023
BUDGET, AND DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, in the City Hall of the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m., on the 15th
day of May 2023, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the amendment to the current
budget for the City of Waterloo, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier
