RESOLUTION NO. 2023-276
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 25, 2023, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 5, 2023, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE STREET DEPARTMENT SEAL COAT PROGRAM,
AND DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Street Department Seal Coat Program, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Street Department Seal Coat
Program, be scheduled for May 25, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of June 2023, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the Street Department Seal Coat Program.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
