RESOLUTION NO. 2023-278
RESOLUTION RESETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
MAY 11, 2023, AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY
15, 2023, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 GATES
PARK IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 1076, AND
DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Gates Park
Improvements, Contract No. 1076, be re -scheduled for May 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of May 2023, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Gates Park Improvements, Contract No.
1076.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
