RESOLUTION NO. 2023-287
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH GOV HR, USA, FOR A
COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY FOR NON -
BARGAINING EMPLOYEES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED, $28,500.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 1, 2023, between Gov HR, USA, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $28,500.00, in conjunction with a
Compensation and Classification Study for non -bargaining employees, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 2023.
