RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
WHEREAS, the 18th Street Bridge Replacement and Approach
Roadway project, Contract No. 622, had a "not to exceed amount",
and
WHEREAS, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has submitted a
request for transfer of unused funds following the final audit of
said project by the DOT Office of External Audits.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer of unused funds from RDG to Earth Tech (now known
as AECOM) be made in the amount of $3,100.00.
