RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., FOR
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2011 AUTOMATED SIDE -
LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Central Garage to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., for the Purchase of One (1) 2011 Automated Side -Loading
Garbage Truck, for the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., be and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th da of July, 2010.
