RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF
COST FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2011
AUTOMATED SIDE -LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK FOR THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AS AUGUST 2, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M. AT
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
