RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL ZONING AGREEMENT
FOR 129 EAST PARKER STREET AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF SAME.
WHEREAS„ upon the request of St . Mary ' s Church Corporation
(lessor) and People ' s Community Health Clinic ,Inc . (Lessee) for
conditional zoning in a "R-2" One and Two Residence District for
129 East Parker Street,and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, held
a public hearing on June 25 ,1979 on the above request and adopted
Ordinance No . 3035 approving conditional zoning for said 129 East
Parker now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the conditional zoning agreement dated July 2 , 1)79 betwee.
St . Mary ' s Church Corporation (lessor) and People ' s Community
Health Clinic , Inc . (Lessee) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,be,and
the same is hereby approved,and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of July , 1979 ,and approved
by Mayor = this 4tn day of July,1979 .
