RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WARRANTY
DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ON ST. FRANCIS DRIVE
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING OF .SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
ILIA: That , the Warranty Deed, dated January 31, 1979, from
St. Francis Hospital of Franciscan Sitters, conveying unto the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property described as
follows:
A parcel of land located in the SoutheaGt 1/4 of
Section 3-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described ag follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 92, Hammond
Hills Fifth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
thence S . 0° 051 30" W. along the Went line of raid Add-
ition a distance of 446.40 feet; thence S. 89° 39 ' W. a
distance of 60.00 feet; thence N. 0° 05 ' 30" E. a dis-
tance of 446.40 feet; thence N. 89° 39 ' E. a distance of
60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Wect line of Hammond Hills Fifth Addition is assumed
to bear S. 0° 05' 30" W. ,
be, and the game ie hereby approved and accepted .
