RESOLUTION :APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICE
CONTRACT WITH BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES,
INC. , FOR STRUCTURAL INVENTORY AND APPRAI-
SAL OF BRIDGES.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Structural Inventory and
Appraisal of Bridges, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed ,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Engineering Contract dated July 9, 1979 for the Struct-
ural Inventory and Appraisal of Bridges, by and between Brice,
Petrides & _Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1979.
