RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR HACKETT ROAD
BY-PASS WITH BRICE, PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No„ 2 to Contract for Engineering Services
for Hackett Road By-Pass with Brice, Petrides and Associates, dated
December 26 , 1978 by and between Brice , Petrides and Associates , Inc. ,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa„
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1979.
