RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED JUNE 21 , 1979 FROM WATCO CONSTRUCT-
ION, INC. , FOR WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED IN
DREDGING CULVERT AND RAILROAD BRIDGE ON DEARBORN
AVENUE AND HIGHWAY 20, BLOWERS CREEK FLOOD CON-
TROL .
WHEREAS, Watco Construction, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have furnished work and materials in connection with
the dredging culvert and railroad bridge on Dearborn Avenue
and Highway 20, Blowers Creek Flood Control, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said work and mater-
ials furnished by the said Watco Construction, Inc. , as shown
in their statement dated June 21 , 1979, is $209.00, now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Watco Construction, Inc. , be paid the sum of $209.
00 being payment for the statement dated June 21, 1979, on
said contract for work and materials furnished in connection
with the dredging culvert and railroad bridge on Dearborn Ave-
nue and Highway 20, Blowers Creek Flood Control, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said
Watco Construction, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1979.
