RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED JUNE 5, 1979 FROM BRICE, PET RIDES
& ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR CASTLE HILL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, CON-
TRACT NO. 85.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements, Contract
No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated June 5, 1979, is $823. 29, now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $823. 29 being payment for the statement dated June 5,
1979, on said contract for engineering Services rendered in
connection with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements, Con-
tract No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1979.
