that the proposal dated April 20 , 1979 for a study of the Cit 's

Data Processing requirements for $5,800 .00 by and between Aries
Information System,of Minneapolis, Minnesota and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,be and the same is hereby approved,and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed an,l adopted this 9th day of July, 1979 .
