RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 596.48
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
HAROLD HEIDEMANN, RETIREE OF STREET DEPART-
MENT.
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of June, 1979, Harold Heidemann
retired from employment in the Street Department in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Harold Heidemann is entitled to payment for
292. 5 hours of sick leave, in the amount of $1, 775. 48, and
WHEREAS, Harold Heidemann has earned and is entitled to
300 hours vacation pay, in the amount of $1, 821.00, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Harold Heidemann be paid the total amount of $3, 596. 48,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Harold Heidemann.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of July, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of July, 1979.
