RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $999. 32
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE PAY TO GLEN H.
WELTZIN, OF SEWER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1979, Glen H. Weltzin
terminated from employment in the Sewer Department in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Glen H. Weltzin is entitled to payment for 172
hours of sick leave, in the amount of $999. 32, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Glen H. Weltzin be paid the total amount of $999. 32,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and that
the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and de-
liver the same to Glen H. Weltzin.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of July, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of July, 1979.
