RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $119.88
LONGEVITY DUE ON VACATION PAY TO JOSEPH
WARMUTH, RETIREE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May, 1979, Joseph Warmuth re-
tired from employment in the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Joseph Warmuth has earned and is entitled to long-
evity on twelve 24 hour days of vacation pay, in the amount of
$119.88, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Joseph Warmuth be paid the total amount of $119.88,
being payment in full for above mentioned longevity on earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and delvier the same to Joseph Warmuth.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of July, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of July, 1979.
