RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1, 156. 32
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
WILLIAM WILSON, OF WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
PLANT.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 1979, William Wilson
terminated from employment in the Water Pollution Control Plant
Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, William Wilson is entitled to payment for 179 hours
of sick leave, in the amount of $1,005. 98, and
WHEREAS, William Wilson has earned and is entitled to 26 3/4
hours vacation pay, in the amount of $150. 34, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that William Wilson be paid the total amount of $1, 156. 32,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to William Wilson.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of July, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of July, 1979.
