RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HARDEE'S
FOOD SYSTEMS, INC. , 2945 CROSSROADS BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, Hardee ' s Food Systems, Inc. , has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan
for the storage shed to be constructed within the parking lot
of Hardee ' s Food Systems, Inc. , located within an "S-1" Shopp-
ing Center District at the Crossroads Shopping Center, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 16, 1979 at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site
plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
site plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, that the site plan for Hardee ' s Food Systems, Inc. ,
for a storage shed located within the parking lot of Hardee ' s
Food Systems, Inc. , an "S-1" Shopping Center District at the
Crossroads Shopping Center, be and the same is hereby, approv-
ed .
Passed and adopted this 16th day of July, 1979, approved
by the Mayor this 16th day of July, 1979 .
