RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SUR-
VEYING, INC. , FOR F.Y. 1980 PAVING PROGRAM
NO. 1, C ONT RACT NO. 176,
WHEREAS, engineering services for F.Y. 1980 Paving Pro-
gram No. 1, Contract No. 176, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
are needed , now, therefore,
BE IT "RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Engineering Contract dated July 18, 1977 for
the F.Y. 1980 Paving Program No. 1 , Contract No. 176, by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved , and the Mayor and City Clerk auth-
orized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 16th day of July, 1979.
