RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2, 781.96
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO CHARLES
BECKER, RESIGNEE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of June, 1979, Charles Becker re-
signed from employment in the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Charles Becker has accumulated 25. 5 days of sick
leave, and
WHEREAS, Charles Becker has earned and is entitled to 23
days vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, that Charles Becker be paid the total amount of
$2, 781.96, being payment in full for above mentioned sick
leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
Charles Becker.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 16th day of July,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 16th day of July, 1979.
