RESOLUTION :APPRCNING SUPPLEMENTAL ;AGREEMENT
NO. 3 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE FIRST
PHASE OF .A SEWER SYSTEM EVALUATION SURVEY (SSES)
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES & .A'SSOCIATES, INC. , AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF sAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 3, dated July 23, 1979, with
Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , for Professional Services for
the first phase of a Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign and ex-
ecute said Supplemental Agreement No. 3, with said Brice, Petrides
& .Associates, Inc. , on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979.
