RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JUNE 25 , 1979 , FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE BRIDGE, CONTRACT NO. 12, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice , Petrides and Associates , Inc. , Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with
the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge , Contract No. 12 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice , Petrides and Associates, Inc. , as shown in
their statement dated June 25, 1979 , is $3, 885. 99 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $3, 885. 99
being payment for the statement dated June 25, 1979, on said contract
for engineering services in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue
Bridge, Contract No. 12 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be , and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to
draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Brice,
Petrides and Associates , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979 .
