RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JUNE 25 , 1979 , FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES , INC. , ENGINEERS,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT, PHASE II, CON-
TRACT NO.. 165 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. , Engineers ,
Waterloo , Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with
the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project Phase II, Contract No. 165 , in.
the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services,
rendered by the said Brice , Petrides and Associates , Inc. , as shown in
their statement dated June 25 , 1979 is $26, 968. 77 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $26, 968. 77
being payment for the statement dated June 25 , 1979 , on said contract for
engineering services rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue
Street Project, Phase II , Contract No. 165 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
and the Finance Director , be , and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979.
