RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JULY 10, 1979 , FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES, INC . , ENGINEERS,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT, PHASE II, CON-
TRACT NO. 165 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. ,, Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with
the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II, Contract No, 165 , in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice , Petrides and Associates , Inc. , as shown in
their statement dated July 10 , 1979 is $5 , 700. 18, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides and Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $5 , 700, 18
being payment for the statement dated July 10 , 1979 , on said contract
rendered
for engineering services /in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue
Street Project, Phase II, Contract No. 165 , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director , be , and he is hereby, authorized, em-
powered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and de-
liver the same to Brice , Petrides and Associates , Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979 .
