RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN CHANGES IN CERTIFICATE
NO 05-0037817 AND CERTIFICATE NO . 05-0037514 UNDER F.Y.
1977 PAVING PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 157 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desireous of amending Certificate Numbers 05-0037817 and 05-
0037514 under F. Y. 1977 Paving Program, Contract No. 157 ,now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the assessments levied under the following certificates
be amended as indicated below:
