RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JULY 10, 1979, FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES AND ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE BRIDGE, CONTRACT NO. 12, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides and Associates, Inc. , Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with
the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge, Contract No. 12, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides and Associates, Inc. , as shown in
their statement dated July 10, 1979 is $926. 52, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides and Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $926. 52
being payment for the statement dated July 10, 1979 , on said contract
for engineering services rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway
Avenue Bridge, Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be , and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Brice,
Petrides and Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979 .
