RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WATERLOO
PUBLIC LIBRARY WITHIN BLOCK BOUNDED BY CEDAR STREET,
PARK AVENUE, COMMERCIAL STREET AND WEST THIRD STREET.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Public Library has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for Waterloo Pub-
lic Library within block bounded by Cedar Street , Park Avenue, Com-
mercial Street and West Third Street , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 6, 1979 at 7 :00
P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, as pro-
vided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the site plan for Waterloo Public Library within block bounded
by Cedar Street , Park Avenue, Commercial Street and West Third Street ,
be and the same is hereby, approved .
Passed and adopted this 6th day of .August , 1979, approved by the
Mayor this 6th day of August, 1979 ,
