HomeMy WebLinkAbout26444-08.06.1979 RESOLUTION NO 26444 RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR A DRAINAGE STUDY FOR THE AREA BOUNDED BY CARRIAGE HILL, STEPHAN AVENUE AND UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK. WHEREAS , engineering services for a drainage study for an area bounded by Carriage Hill Drive, Stephan Avenue, and University Avenue, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, are needed,now, therefore , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Engineering Contract dated August 6 , 1979 for a drainage study for an area bounded by Carriage Hill Drive , Stephan Avenue, and University Avenue between Robinson Engineering Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo , Iowa,be and the same is hereby approved,and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. Passed and adopted this 6th day of August, 1979 . Leo P .
