RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY, APPROVING THE
TERMINATION AGREEMENT DATED JULY 16, 1979 BETWEEN JOHN
GILLESPIE AND EDDIE DENTON, LESSORS, AND THE WATERLOO
HOUSING AUTHORITY BY ITS MANAGEMENT AGENT THE WATERLOO
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires
the Public Housing Agency (Waterloo Housing Authority) to approve said
Termination Agreement,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the aforesaid Termination Agreement is approved.
