RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY, APPROVING THE 1979-80
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE SECTION 23 LEASED HOUSING
PROGRAM IA-50-1 AND IA-50-2.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires
the Operating Budget for said project to be approved by the Public Housing
Agency (Waterloo Housing Authority) prior to submission for H.U.D.
approval or modification,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Operating Budget for the 1979-80 Fiscal Year for the Section 23
Leased Housing Program IA-50-1 and IA-50-2 is approved as submitted.
