RESOLUTION ,APPROVING PAYMENT OF $967.86
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO RANDY
BROADWAY OF STREET DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of July, 1979, Randy Broadway
terminated from employment in the Street Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Randy Broadway is entitled to payment for 131
hours of sick leave, in the amount of $741 .46, and
WHEREAS, Randy Broadway has earned and is entitled to
40 hours vacation pay, in the amount of $226. 40, now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, that Randy Broadway be paid the total amount of
$967.86, being payment in full above mentioned sick leave and
earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Randy Broad-
way.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 6th day of August ,
1979, approved by the Mayor on 6th day of August , 1979.
