RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE A-
GREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR HEWITT SCHOOL,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Lease-Business Property Agreement with Waterloo Community
School District dated July 9 , 1979 for the building and grounds
known as Hewitt School for a period from August 1, 1979 ,to July
31, 1984, for use as the Waterloo Police Training Center,by and bet-
ween the Waterloo Community School District and the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,be and the same is hereby approved,and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of August , 1979 .
