RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
TO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FY- 79-PSE_1
(MODIFICATION #1) UNDER CETA TITLES II-D AND VI
WITH THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Public Service Employment Contract F.Y. - 79-PSE-1
(Modification #1) under CETA Titles II-D and VI, with the Black Hawk
County Board of Supervisors by and between the Black Hawk County Board
of Supervisors , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of August, 1979.
