RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETION REPORT ?c �
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,
AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY DALE J.
CLARK CONTRACTING COMPANY, CONTRACT NO. 100 ,
AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Dale J. Clark Contracting Company, of Cedar Falls ,
Iowa, have under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with Martin Road and
Cedar Terrace Drive Drainage Structure Improvements, Contract No. 100, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the Completion Work and Recommendation of Acceptance of
the Work submitted by the City Engineer certifying that the work on this
project has now been completed by said contractors, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Completion Work and Recommendation of Acceptance of the Work
submitted by the Engineers be approved, the work of Dale J. Clark Con-
tracting Company, Cedar Falls , Iowa, accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
