RESOLUTION .ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
JULY 25, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES & AS-
SOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEER-
ING SERVICES FOR EVALUATION AND PLANNING
FOR THE HACKETT ROAD BY-PASS, AND AUTHOR-
IZING PAYMENT ,ACCORDINGLY,
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associatee, Inc, , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Evaluation and Planning for the Hackett Road
By-pass in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides &
.Associates, Inc, ,
as shown in their statement dated July 25, 1979, is $4, 156.66,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $4, 156. 66 being payment for the statement dated July
25, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the Evaluation and Planning for the H
Road B ackett
Y-pass, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc, , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of .August, 1979.
