RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
,AUGUST 1, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES & AS-
SOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR CASTLE HILL DRAINAGE IMPROVE-
MENTS, PHASE I, CONTRACT 85, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvement , Phase I,
Contract No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated ,August 1, 1979, is $1,085. 37,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $1,
085. 37 being payment for the statement dated .August 1 , 1979, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements, Phase I, Contract
No. 85, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of August , 1979.
