RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
JULY 24, 1979 FROM TWIN CITY TESTING AND
ENGINEERING LABORATORY, INC. , ENGINEERS,
FOR LABORATORY SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGE-
WAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT, PHASE II, CON-
TRACT NO. 165, AND .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. ,
Engineers, St . Paul, Minnesota, have rendered laboratory services
in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said laboratory services,
rendered by the said Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated July 24, 1979, is $44.00,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. , be paid
the sum of $44.00 being payment for the statement dated July 24,
1979, on said contract for laboratory services rendered in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase II,
Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to the said Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. ,
of St . Paul , Minnesota.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of .August , 1979.
