RESOLUTION .ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
JUNE 30, 1979 FROM WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGIN-
EERING & SURVEYING, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR E. S.AN MARNAN
DRIVE PAVING & INCIDENTALS, CONTRACT NO.
168, .AND :AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, 'have rendered engineering services
in connection with the E. San Marnan Drive Paving & Incident-
als, Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Sur-
veying , Inc. , as shown in their statement dated June 30, 1979,
is $3, 933.72, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be
paid the sum of $3, 933.72 being payment for the statement
dated June 30, 1979, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the E.San Marnan Drive Paving &
Incidentals Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the Finance Director, be, and he is 'hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to the said Wayne Claassen Engineer-
ing & Surveying , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of .August , 1979.
