RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
JULY 31 , 1979 FROM WAYNE CL.AASSEN ENGIN-
EERING & SURVEYING, INC. , ENGINEERS FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR E. SAN MARNAN
DRIVE PAVING AND INCIDENTALS, CONTRACT
NO. 168, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering ser-
vices in connection with the E. San Marnan Drive Paving and
Incidentals, Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Survey-
ing, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated July 31 , 1979, is
$4, 770. 56, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $4, 770. 56 being payment for the statement dated July 31,
1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in con-
nection with the E. San Marnan Drive Paving and Incidentals,
Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying , Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of .August , 1979.
