RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
MAY 31, 1979 FROM WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEER-
ING & SURVEYING, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR EN-
GINEERING SERVICES FOR ALABAR .AVENUE AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen & Surveying, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con—
nection with the miscellaneous contract for Alabar Avenue,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering
& Surveying, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 31,
1979, is $120.86, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
be paid the sum of $120 .86 being payment for the statement
dated May 31, 1979, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the miscellaneous contract for
Alabar Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Fin-
ance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and
deliver the same to the said Wayne Claassen Engineering &
Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of August , 1979.
