RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPROVAL OF PLANS SPECIFICATIONS, ETC. ,
FOR THE UDAG PROJECT PUBLIC IMPRGJEMENTS PHASE I, SECTIONS 1, 2,
3 AND 4, CONTRACT NO. 175.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, hereto-
fore instructed the Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Consulting
Engineers, of said City to prepare proposed specifications, plans,
etc. , for the UDAG Project Public Improvements Phase I, Sections
1 , 2, 3 and 4, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract
No. 175, and
WHEREAS, said Engineers did file said preliminary specifications,
plans, etc. , for the UDAG Project Public Improvements Phase I,
Sections 1 , 2, 3 and 4, known as Contract No. 175, which were
preliminarily approved on August 6, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice, was held on August 27 ,
1979, and no objections were made, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
said proposed specifications, plans, etc. , for the UDAG Project
Public Improvements Phase I, Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 175, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of August , 1979.
