RESOLUTION APPROVING AND .ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED AUGUST 16, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES
& ,ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT, PHASE II,
CONTRACT NO. 165, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & ,Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase
II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates,
Inc. , as Shown in their statement dated .August 16, 1979, is
$29, 232. 66, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $29, 232. 66 being payment for the statement dated August
16, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project,
Phase II, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the Finance Director, be, and he iS hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
gum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Asso-
ciates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of August , 1979.
