RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
AUGUST 16, 1979 FROM BRICE, PET RIDES &
ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 12, AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Pro-
ject, Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated .August 15, 1979, is $1, 717.80,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of
$1, 717 .80 being payment for the statement dated August 16, 1979,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project , Con-
tract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
